• Domain Ownership: Your project domain it is always registered under your name, not under the name of Dallohu.
• Materials: You are responsible for the accuracy of materials (texts, logos, images) that you give us for the construction of page.
• Payment: The setup payment is made before or during the start of the project according to the agreement. Annual payment (€50) performed annually to keep the domain and hosting active.
• Changes: Minor changes after publication are included during the initial period. Big changes or full redesign billed separately.
• Failure to comply with payments: In case of non-payment annual fee after notice, hosting and domain can are suspended.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dallohu builds websites with professional standards and care complete. However, we are not responsible for:

• Service interruption due to provider problems third party hosting
• Loss of revenue or customers during periods of technical maintenance
• Changes to Google's algorithms, ChatGPT or its platforms other AIs that affect rankings
